Yahoo! Maps - Whoo are you?

1308188-829422-thumbnail.jpgYahoo! says their new in-house proprietary mapping platform is faster and more accurate than the first generation Yahoo! Maps (which industry buffs know was powered by DeCarta's Drill-Down Server).  In an unrelated story, Webraska announced their sale to Sanef.  This announcement caught my attention and after a quick survey of Webraska's site, I noticed Yahoo! listed as a customer.  Is this the new in-house proprietary solution built by Yahoo!?

And the solution was not built in-house, as Yahoo claims, but simply bought by Yahoo from Webraska then customized by both Webraska and Yahoo.
